A 501(c)(3) violence prevention and homicide support organization since 2015 that is based in Buffalo, New York. We are dedicated to creating safer communities through youth empowerment, family engagement, evidenced-based programming, trauma-informed support, and community-based intervention strategies. HPIO works to disrupt cycles of violence by creating safe pathways for youth and families across Western New York.
